We use “Time to Pet” - an app-based platform which allows our team to communicate with you when you book with us, and allows you to request services and speak to the team. If you don’t have your registration email from September 2025, please email us info@pawsnwhiskerspetcareservices.com asking for us to resend it.


I can’t access “Time to Pet” to update my pet profile - what do I do?

When the business transitioned ownership in September 2025, your previous log ins were retired. If you haven’t set up or accessed the Time to Pet portal since September 2025, please contact us to have your invite resent.

To book your next pet care service, please access Time to Pet (via the app or website). You can request services here. For an update on our available services, please check out the Services page in the menu at the top of the page.
