Our Southern Highlands based team are proud pet owners, are trained & experienced pet professionals, dedicated to providing the best quality care for every pet they visit.
Jeremy is the dedicated owner of Paws & Whiskers, joining the team in 2025 and bringing a calm, animal‑first approach to every pet in his care. A proud pet parent to Tobias, Reggie and Hugo, he’s currently studying his Certificate III in Animal Care to deepen his hands‑on skills and uphold the high standards the business is known for. Jeremy believes pets always come before cost, and he treats every animal as if they were his own — with patience, respect and genuine care.

With hands‑on experience at the RSPCA, Carly' was trained in the organisation’s structured behavioural‑assessment processes. This includes safe handling, behaviour observation, and welfare‑first assessment of dogs and cats which she uses in her role with us.

Skye is a proud Southern Highlands local with a lifelong love of horses and the outdoors. When she’s not caring for clients’ pets, you’ll find her on the polocrosse field, where her calm focus and quick instincts shine. Skye brings that same steady, animal‑first approach to every visit — especially with nervous or high‑energy pets.
Ash started with us in 2024 and immediately demonstrated such compassion and adoration of all animals great and small. Ash is experienced in working with farm animals and is our go to for the larger pet clans.

Caz joined the Paws & Whiskers team in 2024 and is passionate about ensuring your pet has the very best experience every time. An enthusiastic dog sport participant, Caz’s own dogs are trained, qualified and titled in multiple dog sports. She loves bringing this rich and diverse training experience into her sessions with your pets.

With a lifelong love of animals shaped by growing up alongside a menagerie of dogs and cats — and now as a proud pet parent to Tobias, Reggie and Hugo— he brings deep, lived experience to every interaction.
David holds his Pet First Aid certification and is formally qualified in pet enrichment, ensuring every animal in his care receives safe, thoughtful, animal‑first support.
